As an accomplished ice sculptor in addition to his food and wine talents, Chef Milstein garnered wide acclaim throughout Texas and California during his 17-year career in upscale restaurants and five star hotels, including Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton hotels.
